After a lifetime of anxiety, perfectionism, co-dependence, and insecurity I decided that it was time to make a change.
I found my spiritual path at a low point (don't we all?) and realized that it was my way through. I transformed my life from one that looked very traditional and expected, to one that became exciting, expansive, and dynamic. I began to know myself in ways that I never thought possible. And the real miracle? I began to truly and unapologetically love and trust myself.
I know that if I could fumble my way through my process and emerge on the other side, it's possible for everyone. I created Medicine Moons and all that we offer as a guiding light. So that nobody has to fumble, and nobody has to feel alone.
