What makes working with me unique?

With a Master’s Degree and background in counseling I am able to fold in aspects and techniques of traditional psychotherapy into sessions, so that as you approach blocks in your work, we can backtrack and dive into the formation of your patterns, beliefs, and fears. In this way, you will be able to quickly navigate through the past in order to create the present and future you are wanting. My approach is individualized and doesn't adhere to traditional rigidity, which is why I refer to it as intuitive - I'm trusting my intuition and we are tapping into your intuition to see what flows and serves you best.

Let's talk about spirituality 

It is my belief that we are all spiritual beings - meaning we are all connected to much more outside of ourselves that our 5 senses may lead us to believe. By leaving some room for magic and wonder in our sessions, it opens up a whole world of deeper connection and understanding. There is no right way to be spiritually connected, so whatever you practice or believe is welcome. Often, meditations, visualizations, guide work, oracle cards, and more are used in sessions and given as homework as spiritual tools to help through your therapy & coaching journey.
